Investor relations

The investment case begins
with the infrastructure.

Orbital’s investor relationships sit behind its primary role as a digital infrastructure developer and integrator.

The investment perspective

Infrastructure first.
Investment follows the project.

Orbital is first an infrastructure originator, developer and integrator. Investment discussions follow the infrastructure proposition rather than defining it.

At company level, Orbital is building reusable origination, development and integration capability. At project level, each opportunity is assessed on its own market need, feasibility, counterparties, capital requirements, approvals and risk allocation.

Development activity and portfolio ambitions remain subject to feasibility, commercial agreements, approvals and funding. Public information does not imply completed assets, contracted returns or committed financing.

Two investment perspectives

Company capability.
Project-level discipline.

02 / Project participation

A defined infrastructure
opportunity.

Project participation is assessed around a particular market and scope, with its own demand, counterparties, approvals, capital structure, risk allocation and development readiness.

  • Project-specific demand and feasibility
  • Defined capital and delivery requirements
  • Risk allocation and contractual fundamentals
  • Governance and operating arrangements
